RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Return/Refund

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective or damaged product received

  • Significant size mismatch (subject to availability of exchange stock)

  • Return Request Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

  • Product Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Original packaging intact

  • Tags, labels, and accessories included

  • No signs of damage or alteration by the customer

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or mutually agreed alternative

  • Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Products purchased under clearance or final sale (if stated)
